The Vincent House is seeking a passionate, organized, and dynamic Site Director to lead our K–5 after-school programming. This is a full-time position that plays a key leadership role in ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for elementary students. The Site Director will manage daily site operations, supervise staff, foster positive relationships with students and families, and ensure that all programming aligns with the vision, mission and standards of The Vincent House and Citizens Akron Church.
