The clubhouse

Where partnerships create possibility

The Clubhouse is an innovative middle school program that brings together schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and mentors to surround students with the support they need to thrive.

A new model for

student success

The Clubhouse serves cohorts of 6th–8th grade students through a collaborative model that supports the whole child. By bringing together trusted mentors and cross-sector partners, we're able to remove barriers, strengthen families, and help students build the skills they need for long-term success.

Students participate Monday through Thursday in:

  • Recreation, sports, and creative activities

  • Leadership development centered on entrepreneurship, empathy, resilience, and service

  • Weekly enrichment experiences and field trips

  • Individualized behavioral health and family supports through community partners

More than 550 hours of annual programming create the consistency and relationships that help middle school students thrive.

Better together

The Clubhouse is built on the belief that lasting change happens when organizations work together instead of in silos. Each partner brings unique expertise, creating a coordinated network of support for every student.
